Position : Production Line Operators: Bottling and Blow Mold $20-$25ph
Job Description : Crossroads Beverage has opportunities for entry level to industry experienced beverage production professionals.Entry level $18-$20 to Experienced $20-$25Operators Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:Safe operation of assigned production machines including: Fillers, Packers, Labelers, Gallon Blow Mold, Palletizers, HMI screens, robots, and related machinery.Producing product to exceed customer specifications following company quality standards.Performing all required quality inspections and documentation.Production documentation and recordkeeping each shift.Housekeeping and Sanitation duties per required schedules and SOP’s.Following all company policies and procedures.Support the team by sharing knowledge, training others, communicating ideas or issues that promote success within the team.Regular and reliable attendance every shift is required to support the team and our customers.Any other tasks or duties as assigned.Physical requirements: Unrestricted ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, crouch, climb, push, pull, reach and twist throughout the shift. Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, write) in order to complete required documentation. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally, frequently and repetitively as needed.Day / Night shifts available. You can achieve work/life balance with our 2-2-3 schedule. Shift does require working every other F/S/S but on the flip side, every other F/S/S is your 3 day weekend! Days off during the week provide flexibility for other appointments.
