Job Description : We are seeking a Full-Time production Team Member to join our team! We will never ask a member of our team to put on a mask or take an experimental jab just to keep your job. : )Responsibilities: Light assembly of multiple components to create goods for saleReceive in inventory / ship out inventory using barcode scanner and inventory systemPull materials, pack boxes, placing orders/materials in shipping areaPrepare and ship out orders daily using shipping systemPhysical management of warehouse inventory, equipment, and toolsMaintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply areaQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentBasic computer knowledgeAbility to use iPad based applicationsGreat communication skillsTeamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, DependabilityDeadline and detail-orientedCompensation$18-22 per hour to start based on experience and skills40 hours per weekRetirement / 401K – available after first year of f employmentProfit Sharing – in 3rd year of employment with 401k contributionsHealth Insurance – company pays 50% after eligibility periodOther DetailsEmployment at willOnsite employment in temperature controlled warehouseHiring Process: resume screening, phone interview, in-person interview, satisfactory background checkHiring timeframe: ASAPOffice Location: Broadview Heights, OH 44147Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?When are you available for an interview/phone screen?
