Job Description : Professional Cleaning in North Wildwood and Wildwood CrestProfessional Cleaning – Job Description1. Services Performed by Cleaner: a. Sweep and mop all non-carpeted floors. Sweep/Vacuum inside of closets.b. Vacuum all carpeted floorsc. Make sure the washer and dryer are cleaned and any lint is removed from dryerClean the pan underneath washerd. Thoroughly clean all bathroomsShower floors, shower doors, bath tubs, sinks, toilets, and glass are cleaned, disinfected, and wiped downe. All kitchen cabinets, appliances (including oven), and countertops are cleaned and wiped downf. Dust tables, nightstands, dressers, and windowsillsg. Furniture in bedrooms, living room, and dining room is wiped downCheck all bedroom drawersh. Empty trash and/or recyclablesi. Clean the patio and clean the glass on patio sliding doorsj. Any dishes leftover in sink or dishwasher are cleaned and put awayk. Replace toilet paper and paper towels if neededl. Make sure all beds are made neatlym. Clean an average of 3-4 units/houses per Saturday, but this number may be more or less depending on the week2. Time of Completion: a. Services will start being performed in June 2022b. Cleanings take place weekly on Saturdays3. Payment: a. KWJS will pay the cleaner within 7 days of completed work in the amount of $100 – $250 per unit/house depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.b. If the job is not complete on time, cleaner will only receive 50% payment for services performed4. Other: a.
