We are at the top of our game and looking for Awesome individuals that want to work with an excellent team, grow and build a career.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of multiple projects in accordance with contract documents, beginning with turnover from estimating through close-out. Scheduling is a major part of the daily responsibilities for this position. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing the quality, time, scope, profitability, and safety of construction projects ranging in size from $200K to $200M.Role & Responsibilities Read and interpret project scope, plans, specifications, and any other construction-related document.Define and develop the scope of the project of work.Create, monitor, and control the schedule by setting milestones, baselines, critical paths, and meeting project deadlines.Coordinate, negotiate, and efficiently communicate with all project-related stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors, design team, and accounting department.Effectively negotiate with subcontractors and vendorsPerform initial, routine, and progress site inspections to ensure high-quality project delivery.Identify plan discrepancies and scheduling contingencies.Manage all project documents to complete your projects while keeping track of time, scope, and cost.Perform subcontractors and owners’ reconciliations for projects closeouts.Manage change orders from initiation to completion on all projects.Prepare final construction budgets and general contracts with the Owner.Technical Skills & Knowledge Proficient in quantity take-offs.General understanding of current building construction systems means and methods.Proficient with current building codes.Proficient with construction safety requirementsProficient with construction contracts.Strong knowledge of AIA Contract documents, cost accounting, best practices, and project management and construction law.Strong knowledge of boding and insurance requirements.Federal, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Port Authority background check clearance required.Proficient in Primavera or Ms. Project, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.Strong Knowledge in Procore Project Management System.PMP certification is a plusMaster’s in construction workeragement is a plusQualifications & Education Requirements Experience: 10-15 years of construction-related experience.Education: BS in Engineering, or Other Construction Related Degree.Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Project, Procore, Viewpoint-Vista, Bluebeam, Outlook, Textura (is a plus), LCP Tracker (is a plus).Work Environment You will work in an indoor and outdoor environment. Additionally, you will be required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend, and lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 75lbs.As a Project Manager, you must maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance as a representative of the company. You will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying an enthusiastic, motivated attitude.
