Job Description : PMO Specialist/Project Manager – PLM226043Summary Key success factors in this role include strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high degree of accountability & ownership, and an eye for process automation and efficiency. We are looking for a Program Management Specialist with the ability to document and translate comprehensive business requirements into tactical actions for cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support program launches and other program management initiativesManage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and partner closely with numerous cross-functional partners across the organization to ensure best in class collaboration across all Operations projectsSynthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective decisions regarding the global operating modelPrepare resources and project plan for weekly syncs with key stakeholders involved in our global projectsFacilitate discussion and coordination among stakeholders and partners to drive launch readinessFlag when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situationsDevelop templates to support program launchesDrive operational excellence based on the continuous review of current processes and the identification of opportunity areas that create efficiency and remove obstaclesDrive global standardization and operational alignmentMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in project management, process optimization, or operations management, ideally utilizing Excel, or a similar project or task-based system used to drive GTM projects, business decisions, and strategyProven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detailProven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive initiatives in a highly a cross-functional environmentStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsExperience operating under high pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience using problem solving to provide business solutions and recommendationsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: From $50.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: One location
