About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with a dynamic team, managing a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their bank and auto loan accounts. As a defi team member, you will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States!
Position Responsibilities:
Process ACH requests
Provide payoff quotes for consumers and dealers
Update customer account information (i.e. address change, name change)
Add/ remove signers/ beneficiaries
Assist customers with online banking accounts (i.e. password resets)
Order copies of checks/ payments
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one-year experience in a high-volume call center
MUST have reliable, high-speed internet connection (stipend not included)
This position is virtual and requires a home office setting that is noise and distraction-free.
Motivated self-starter; driven to perform and maintain personal accountability in a remote work environment.
Effectively communicates with management and fellow associates
Regular work site attendance in accordance with Company’s Attendance Policy is required for this position
Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management
Easily manage through change
Strong customer/client focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome
Enjoys speaking on the phone
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customers turning bad experiences to positive ones
Ability to manage high volume with high accuracy
