Job Description : The Buckeye Ranch is searching for a Residential Manager to join our Residential Services team. The Residential Manager assures that clients receive professional services effectively and efficiently. Position responsibilities include staff supervision, program development and implementation, coordination and management of service delivery, assurance of program compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies, and assurance of program quality.Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Involves on-call and weekends)Location: Grove City, OHESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSWork assignments are clear and performance standards are understood.Routinely provides supportive and clear performance feedback.Coaches and counsels’ staff on meeting applicable standards.Works to utilize employee strengths in both professional development and corrective action planning.Recognizes employees in public and corrects in private.Models & creates an environment of excellence.Promotes an ongoing culture of employee recognition and creates an atmosphere of teamwork.Works to achieve high employee satisfaction and retention.Develops and maintains schedules that ensure appropriate staffing levels and work completion.Manages absenteeism and timeliness issues with staff according to policies.Ensures program is delivered from a Trauma Informed Care approach, incorporating TIC principles into intake process, service delivery and staff and program oversight.Ensures interventions for addressing the acute needs of victims of trauma are utilized in the milieu.Meets service delivery standards, operational growth, and performance objectives.Organizes and manages multiple tasks; directs and coordinates work; keeps management informed in a timely fashion.Appropriately manages petty cash and other funds for House.Ability to collaborate with local law enforcementConsistently exhibits & models’ professionalism in language, dress, and manner.Is courteous in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues. Is quality-focused, timely, and exhibits a solid work ethic.Develops and maintains trusting relationships as a collaborative member of your team.Encourages “we” versus “they” thinking within your work area.
