Job Description : The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is seeking a Rural Hospital and Clinic Coordinator with skills and drive to deliver high-level program assistance to CRHC and rural clinic and hospital staff in quality improvement and programming.CRHC is a non-profit organization that serves as the State Office of Rural Health and has been serving the state of Colorado since 1991. CRHC’s mission is to enhance healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues. By joining our dedicated team, you will be helping a diverse and inclusive statewide constituency of rural healthcare facilities and making an impact by improving access to quality healthcare in Colorado.Areas of responsibility as a Rural Hospital and Clinic Coordinator:Plan, coordinate, and perform programs that provide support, networking and education to rural practices and providers across ColoradoAssist with the refinement of existing services and quality improvement programs, and the development of new programs that will help to improve clinical outcomes and health disparities in rural communitiesTrack program activities and deliverables, and collect and aggregate dataIdentify opportunities for learning and sharing lessons learned with other participantsCoordinate webinars/conference calls and participate in activities for assigned programsProvide outstanding customer service to rural healthcare facilities and partnersConduct research and compile resultsYou should have high expectations of Colorado Rural Health Center as an employer.Our staff enjoy autonomy to do the work they do best, and you will too.
