Job Description : Overview:

The Campground and Kennel Attendant is a Lead position responsible for guest and pet registration and care, checkout, collect payment and provide property information to the guests.
This is a seasonal position ending March 2022.
The Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel is located in the historic town of Williams, AZ along Route 66. Grand Canyon Railway runs a daily train to The Grand Canyon South Rim. Responsibilities:

Responsibilites:
Responsible of interacting and ensuring all guests receive legendary guest service. Including phones, registration, inquiries, complaints/requests, reservations, sales, and etc.
Display and practice being a team player with positivity.
Perform open and close procedures ensuring all details are completed.
Successfully pass TIPs alcohol training within 30 days of employment
Accountable for receiving proper records to include money handling and sales.
Accountable for recording proper information regarding the care of pet (feeding, medication, walking, etc.)
Follow written procedures for opening and closing of up to 28 dog kennels and 16 cat kennels (cleaning, scrubbing, mopping, raking, disposing of feces, doing laundry, securing, etc.)
Feed, water, and medicate pets as instructed. Walk and play with pets as time permits
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays and split shifts as required.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
A valid Driver’s License
Previous computer experience including cash register/cash handling.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous animal care experience preferred.
