Job Description : We are looking for a result- driven sales executive in the Rajasthan region with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales development on microscope for the region.Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics centre, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivityImplementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSMDaily reporting and feedback of customer calls.Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.Analyze the region and market’s potential, track sales.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.Qualification and skills Bachelor or Master’s degree0-3 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory productstrong sales skills, energy levelProfessional and positive approach, self-motivatedExcellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.Self- Driven.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
