Job Description : Roc Search has partnered with a huge healthcare client focused on providing exceptional care to our veterans who are looking for a Scrum Master to add to the new Scrum teams they’re creating and expanding.The client is a private company that runs medical examinations for the VA, and based on those examinations helps veterans get the compensation they deserve from the government.This is a 6 month contract-to-hire with a huge emphasis on the “to-hire” aspect!Essential skills include:Experience working as a Scrum Master in software development environmentsAbility to facilitate scrum meetings and recommend process improvementsCSM CertificationDesired Experience:Experience working in an Agile Team EnvironmentLocation – 100% RemoteW2 Rate – $45-60/hr dependent on experience levelLength – 6 month contract-to-hire (very high likelihood for conversion)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Agile: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)Work Location: One location
