Job Description : Full Job DescriptionLegend Transportation is seeking a full time Social Media Specialist. Social Media Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to – planning and day-to-day management of all social media execution, job postings, tracking, and reporting. You should expect to utilize Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, Tik Tok, Company Website, etc, along with monitoring and responding to customer service and reputation management issues.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with upper management team to develop a multimedia strategy to leverage branding and search engine optimizationCoordinate and create public-facing content for new product launch campaigns, events, and business initiative promotions including––but not limited to—translated press releases, blog posts, and social shareableMonitoring and responding to customer service and reputation management issues on the social web using social listening toolsCreate and manage social ads, job postings.Monitoring discussions and trends as they pertain to the company, products, and brand Identifying and reporting trends in sentiment and advising on potential opportunities for content and product creationEngage and build social audiences across multiple channelsAssist in identifying opportunities for use in multilayered campaign strategiesMonitoring and measuring the success of social media strategy (increased engagement, customer acquisition, website traffic, etc.)Identifying, analyzing, and reporting on social media trends to internal teamRegularly monitor social media tools, trends and applications and activityDevelop and refine brand awareness and brand equityBe well-connected with the broader social media world and actively participate in social networking websitesExperiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities and determine benefits of applying tools to appropriate areasSKILLS1+ years’ experience in social media strategyTransportation and Logistics experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to multi-task yet maintain close attention to detail and timeliness of work production.Able to manage multiple projects to timely and accurate completion.Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plan with demonstrated results.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Relevant: 1 yearSocial Media Marketing: 1 yearJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Social Media: 1 year (Preferred)Transportation and Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
