Are you creative, social and an out-of-the-box thinker?Our booming startup is looking to develop our in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity to start with a respected luxury brand quickly making it’s mark in the beauty space.Work hours are flexible. 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Specific AccountabilitiesManage all company social media pages through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Google with brand consistencyCreate engaging (and creative!) content for social media, email, website, and other digital platformsRun digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and moreManage day-to-day messaging and monitoring across all social channelsLaunch weekly email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo email systemAssist with campaign brainstormingAnalyze social media results to gauge the success of campaignsReach out to influencers and brands to set up potential collaborationsSkills and RequirementsBachelor degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of creating images, photos and videos for email and social platformsExperience managing social media business accounts requiredExperience running Facebook ads and Google Ads preferredSome public relations knowledge and/or experience preferredProficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.Proficient presentation skills, including public speaking i.e communicating confidently with team membersProficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and e-mail. Ability to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technologyExcellent time and project management skillsLifelong learner passionate about beauty, people, and enhancing digital connectionsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
