Job Description : Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Install electrical panels that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of our customer’s residential propertyEnsure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codesTroubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issuesWork with the Operations Manager and homeowners to fulfill any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support our solar equipmentWork with local Inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectationsInterface with Electrical Manager to ensure compliance with ratios and continuing education requirementsMaintain high-quality control on tools, vehicles, and materials needed for job responsibilitiesKeep accurate records of material used and proper documentation on work orders relating to the installationMaintain compliance with all PPE and safety regulations per OSHAPerform other needed job tasks as requested by leadershipPreferred Qualifications: Two year of solar installation experience preferred, but candidates with general construction experience will be consideredAbility to safely handle power tools and hand tools as well as materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.Able to lift 50 poundsExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attendance is essential for the team to achieve successAbility to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $32.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Waipahu, HI 96797: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Construction: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
