Job Description : Sourcing Manager IVJob Description: Operates as a trusted partner with the business to deliver successful outcomes. Determines and executes a strategic direction within categories of spend.Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing projects.Drives strategic sourcing initiatives (RFX), establishes supplier relationships, leads negotiation, in addition to maintaining all commercial terms and contracts with suppliers.Builds and maintains technology-based supplier relationships with Client, ensuring supplier performance and contract compliance, for the Enterprise Hardware category.Negotiate the best in class deals for Datacenter products, end user devices, appliances (HW+SW), and retail technology.Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.): * If they’re tech savvy, they’ll pick up our tools & systems. We use Salesforce, Ariba, Suplari & Cirtuo. They’re all simple interfaces.Daily Tasks: Draft, negotiate, project manage & execute contracts.Supplier management.Run a competitive sourcing event.Conduct financial analysis.Make recommendations.Preferred background/prior Work Experience: Microsoft, Expedia, Amazon [think fast paced]Outsourced sourcing companies (ex. WNS/Denali)Experience in indirect/technology/enterprise sourcingExtensive experience managing business requirements, project plans, project schedules & associated materials in a mid to large size company.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $75.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Have you done negotiation above $250 million?Experience:sourcing and negotiations: 8 years (Preferred)Salesforce, Ariba, Suplari & Cirtuo: 7 years (Preferred)contract drafting.: 7 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
