Job Description : TLC Home Care is looking for Front Desk/Scheduler in Honolulu, HIWhy you’ll love working for us!· Start ASAP· Biweekly Pay: $16-16.50/hr· Permanent role· Work Schedule: 9am – 5:30pmWhat’s the job?· Managing the schedules· Answering phone calls and route the call to different departments· Make sure the shifts are completed· Check attendance and notate in the system any shift changes or attendance/policy issues· Resolve last minute schedule changes· Cover emergency or last-minute shifts· Help with creating new client and caregiver folders· Coordinate scheduling with the caregivers and clients· Enter notes in the system· Deal with callouts and fill-ins· Send out mass messages to caregivers about available shifts· Match clients and caregiver needs, schedules and level of care· Coordinate with the caregiver training department· Coordinate with the HR/recruiter specialist to receive new caregivers after onboarding and orientation.· Create badges, take pics and set up profiles for new caregivers and check that profiles are updated and correctWhat do you bring?· Must have at least 2 years of clerical experience· Must be able to work under pressure· Can adjust and adapt to fast paced environment· Must have some (personal or professional) leadership experience or training· Basic computer literacyStop your job search and apply today!
