Job Description : ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Should have basic understanding and working knowledge on technical platforms like Confirmit, Decipher, Questionnaire XML etc.
2)Junior programmer should take a support/learner role in
*analysis, design, development, testing and Launch of surveys done by Senior resources
*code review for complex sections or different type of requests
*Surveys include various segments like Healthcare, Consumer, Business etc.
3)Should be able to independently script surveys of level-1 complexity using one or more survey platforms like Confirmit, Decipher
4)Should adhere to the Productivity and Quality standards set.
5) Should adhere to the delivery plan created by the team lead or him.
6)Should update the Team Lead of the task status in a regular basis.
7)Should have good interpersonal skills and be willing to work independently or in a team.
8) Effectively escalate technical issue to senior-level programmers.
9)Required to participate in ad-hoc project assignment.
10)Should involve in documentation and testing.
11)Require stand-by support during off office hours and public holidays.
12)Participate in learning activities/trainings.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
Educated to degree level with computers
Basic Knowledge on any programming language (C, C++ or Java)
Good Communication Skills & attitude are must.
Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
Specialized Skills:
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, ASP and VBscript.
Good experience with ConfirmIt

Proactive planning and organized approaches to work to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Must Demonstrate strong attention to detail and be conscientious, reliable, and punctual.
