Job Description : Our mission is to get the highest quality cannabinoids into as many bodies, as quickly as possible. We have four divisions at US Hemp Brokerage: Cannabinoids, Material, Machinery, and Technology. With a diverse range of products and services to choose from, we are the leader in Hemp Brokerage services.We are hiring for a specialty sales role within our Cannabinoid division, specifically for sales focused in the medical space including naturopath practitioners, functional medicine, chiropractor, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience in the natural health and/ or medical sales space.We offer a competitive incentive plan with target 1st year earnings at $100K. Plus additional bonus incentives.ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territoryIdentify local business opportunities and challengesReport on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)Present our products and services to prospective customersIdentify customer needs and recommend product solutionsWork closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotasAnswer customer questions about features, pricing and additional servicesCross-sell products, when appropriateCollaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approachSkillsWork experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the natural health/ medical spaceFamiliarity with the hemp and/ or cannabis industry is a plusExperience with CRM softwareExcellent communication skillsResilient with a proven track record in salesWE.
