LOCATION: NYC, New York
HOURS: Full time position, some evenings to attend shows
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Theatrical Programing Coordinator will provide programming and administrative support to the Vice President of Theatrical Programming. This position will report to the VP of Theatrical Programming and will work out of the New York offices of ATG North America. Please be aware that Covid-19 vaccination is a condition of employment. (If necessary, accommodation requests for exemption are considered on a case-by-case basis).
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Management of Booking Calendar
Drafting of Emails and Written Correspondence
Deal Memo and Contract Review
Document tracking
Creation of Financial Pro-Formas and Content Proposals with Finance Partner
Attendance at events
Weekly Internal Programming Updates
Monthly Company Wide Programming Reports
Meeting Notes and Action Items
Administrative Support, where needed

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:
2+ years in the theatrical industry
Passion for theatre and touring Broadway
Organized, able to multi-task
Ability to read budgets
Enjoys team collaboration
COMPETENCIES
Time Management, Multi-tasking, Communication
Understanding of budgeting
