Position : Training Assistant (Part-Time 29 Hours)
Job Description : We are looking for a part-time Training Assistant for our state-of-the-art training facility located in Spring Branch. The Training Assistant will assist the training coordinator in facilitating training for new and existing employees, help coordinate the training process for all new hires to equip them with the tools to succeed, and create/revise curriculum content, guides and other training materials. They will monitor progress and course completion for all participants. This position requires availability Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and at least one to twelve months of experience working for a financial institution.FCCU is searching for top talent to staff 19 locations across the Houston metro area ranging from North Houston to Sugar Land.
