Choosing a career with Sheds Direct means joining a family-friendly company which believes in the value and quality of its productRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop the storage building business for all dealers within your district by establishing sales goals for existing dealers and opening new dealer locations. Meet or exceed established sales goals through intensive sales training and follow up. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales goals with dealers. Review strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets. You may need to perform other duties as assigned such as stay up to date on the storage building industry and sales/marketing skills. Also you will be responsible that all dealers are promoting a positive company image by being knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented.Educational RequirementsUniversity Degree or equivalent Military Experience requiredSkillsMust be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be competitive, aggressive, fearless, and driven to win. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Must have a valid driver’s license. Travel will be required at least 75% of the time. You will be provided a company vehicle.TerritoryThe territory for this position is Ohio, Indiana, and other nearby areas.
