Job Description : Looking for an energetic, creative, well-spoken and well-written new member to add to our team!Someone who:* loves to learn new things and research* is detailed-oriented* can multitask- answer phones, text potential guests, and work projects* help to maintain current marketing campaigns and create new ones* assist Associates with any tasks or projects they are working on.Office hours are from M-F 8:30 to 5:30 and rotational weekends with other staff.Expectations:*help with projects that will benefit the company*quote and make reservations*explain company policies*be able to calmly deal with customers’ issues* help add information to our lead and campaign systems.Office experience with customer service required, Mac experience preferable.We are a small family business with a small office, which means we are looking for just the right candidate.
