Job Description : Swick Drilling North America is currently hiring for experienced Walking Bosses for Fairbanks, Alaska at our POGO site. This is a fly in/out job working 20 on 18 off, camp job (all meals and accommodation provided), plus $60/day perdiem. 100% travel. $5,000 sign on bonus paid in full after 90 days. Vaccine NOT Mandated. MUST HAVE PAST DRILLING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and PTO effective at date of hire. Pay depending on experience.Supervise the operational requirements of the day-to-day operations at a nominated Swick Underground site in a safe and productive manner, including but not limited to safety, personnel, productivity, maintenance, equipment and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing productivity targets and safety standards are met.
