Job Description : Warehouse Associate/Driver About usBrilliant Staging & Design is a full-service staging and design company located in Everett, WA. We service all of Snohomish County and North King County including the Eastside. Brilliant Staging has a large warehouse of inventory and a crew of the best personalities and professionals.My employees are my best friends. And it is my goal to build a team, a company of the best souls, sharpest minds, and happiest hearts.REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license (if you are going to be a driver)Moving or Warehouse experience preferred but not required (Pay DOE)Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 poundsFrequently lift and/or move more than 60 poundsMust be able to pass a drug/alcohol and background screeningPerformance will be evaluated on a monthly basis and will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the following:Employee shows up on time to work/meetingsEmployee dresses and behaves in a professional mannerInventory and homes are not being damagedWork is being completed in a timely mannerEmployee follows directions and communicates well with the teamAbility to complete the position responsibilities listed belowHOURS: FLEXIBLE– 20-40 hours per weekEmployee must be available to work as needed20 hours per week guaranteed but not always requiredBusiness hours which employee is expected to be available for work are Monday- Friday, between 8am-5pmEmployee may be asked to work different hours as agreed upon in advanceRESPONSIBILITIES: Pulling, safe loading, unloading, placement, removal, wrapping, transportation and safe storage of staging inventoryDriving an 18′ box truck and or Sprinter Van (Truck/Van Operator/Driver)Getting inventory to and from stagings/destages in a timely mannerInventory control, reporting and fixing damaged inventory if possibleMaintaining Inventory Organization on Racking SystemTaking care of all company property to include tools, vehicles, inventory etc.Showing up to meetings and work on timeWe are hiring multiple warehouse positions.
