Job Description : Overview
CSU Global is seeking a highly motivated Associate Human Resource Generalist to effectively support a broad range of human resource functions to include activities supporting the new hire experience, manage incoming HR communication, project support, and data entry. This role will also provide departmental support for HR activities. Key tasks include pre-boarding, supporting all staff and faculty requests, HRIS administration, supporting HR policy updates and maintaining the HR inbox. The Associate HR Generalist reports to the Director of HR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage pre-boarding process for all new hires, including offer letters, background checks, IT equipment ordering and all communication prior to day 1.
Maintain employee personnel files, department files, and HCM tasks.
Assists in conducting and administering the new employee orientation and provides support for onboarding.
Administers and maintains the employee recognition programs.
Provides support to benefits administration around open enrollment and other high-volume times.
Collaborates with team members and cross-functional partners on HR projects.
Manges the HR inbox and provide back-up support for recruitment and organizational development inbox.
Supports Recruitment team during high volume times.
Other duties as assigned.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
None. This position is fully remote.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to spend long durations of the workday in front of a computer monitor.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
2+ years HR or similar experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
State of CO HR certification required within first 6 months of employment.

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
