Manage inbound customer phone calls, emails and/or other mediums. Identify and assess customer’s needs through these communications – and then respond / assist in resolution through a WORKFLOW process environment. Handle the customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution – FOLLOW Through TILL CLOSURE of the issue. Over a period of time – BUILD TRUST with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Handling Social Media channels and able to reply customer Quires.
Follow guidelines, procedures and policies in every communication with customers. Always provide accurate information and use the right methods and tools. Take the extra mile to engage with customers through interaction and help in customer satisfaction.
Make OUTBOUND calls to customers – on CRITICAL ALERTS for patients
Assist the Field team with Tech support Related issues – Level 1
Make Payment related calls wherever required.

Qualifications and Skills
· Graduate from any stream.
· E-commerce background with experience
· Excellent writing communication required.
· English speaking candidates only allowed.
· Basic Telephone Etiquettes
· MS Office.Excel
· Basic System Navigation Skills
· Customer Focus and Being Attentive
· Basic Tech Support Skill
· Trouble shooting
· Good reasoning and analytical skills
· Active listening skills
· Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
