Job Description : Director of Operations
The Director of Operations leads their market in providing best-in-class property management services within our growing full service real estate platform. The Director of Operations sets the pace for the local market’s growth and profitability.
The Director of Operations builds strong teams – through effective hiring, employee development and by driving team engagement. They are also responsible for all local market business functions – executing flawless operational activities, upholding processes and standards, maximizing financial performance, building relationships with their community and growing the Evernest brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise local property management in providing best-in-class service
Coach and develop their direct reports
Drive employee engagement
Uphold operating standards and drive owner and tenant satisfaction
Forecast and control business growth and expenses
Hold direct reports accountable for budgets and spending
Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks
Demonstrate Evernest’s Core Values: Entrepreneurial Spirit, Team, Integrity, Personal Discipline and Hustle
Interact with owners and tenants to check on the quality of their experience
Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue
