Position : Dog Walker/Pet Sitter
Job Description : We are looking for reliable, honest and animal loving people to join our team!

This position is great for candidates that are:
Seeking flexible hours
Leesburg area residents
Animal and outdoors lovers
Basic Responsibilities:
Completes pet visit in clients home in scheduled time blocks
Disposes of pet waste
Documents pet visit for pet owner via company-provided app
Provides medication to pets on as needed basis.
Follows client instructions by completing visit checklist
Walks dogs in all weather in client’s neighborhoods
Feeds pets as needed
An ideal candidate must:
Be at least 18 years old
Pass a background check
Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Have a smart phone
Love animals of all types and sizes
Be capable of walking several miles per day on many terrains, in all weather conditions
Have experience with dogs in a professional setting
Be able to handle 1-2 strong dogs at a time
Be able to work well independently and document visits
Be able to follow directions and have an attention for detail
Be wanting to be a long time employee
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 – $35.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Pet care: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
