Position : Drug Screen Collector
Job Description : Job description: The Drug Screen Collector will greet and service clients at a designated location. The Drug Screen Collector will also answer in-person inquiries about the drug testing process. This person will perform observed patient urine collections, oral collections, and/or hair follicle collection. This position will support our dedicated agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIncludes but not limited to the following:1. Travel to designated location for purpose of collecting urine, oral, and/or hair specimens2. Ensure that all patient paperwork (hard copy or electronic) is filled out correctly and all necessary information has been captured at the time of the collection3. Adhering to confidentiality expectations and HIPAA compliance4. Responsible for keeping inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked5. Perform collections for urine, oral, and hair drug screening observed.6. Update and maintain client contact information and records, as necessary7. Other duties as assigned8. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation9. Manage affidavit process as required10. Keep and maintain most current information training on drug screen collections11. Daily check-ins and weekly updates of account information with account manager
ADDITIONAL DUTIES1. Uses effective communication skills in working with all department staff. Uses communication technologies efficiently.2. Acts responsibly and follows professional code of conduct as set forth by senior personnel.3. Multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. Work in a highly organized and efficient manner.4. High level of reliability, dedication and initiative.5. Personal affinity towards the belief that substance use addictions can be treatedJob requirements
* Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent* Applicants must have at least 1 years experience* Applicants must hold a Regular driving license* A criminal background check will be required on applicants
Job salary and benefits
* Salary range $20.00 – $25.00 per screen* Working days vary* Normal work shifts: Varies* Contractor position

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
