Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : Seeking experienced medical office assistant. Full time and part time position available (hours include late evening and weekends).
Front Desk receptionist at a Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Pain Management – Rehab facility. The candidate should be comfortable using a computer, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing front desk
Referral to outgoing offices
Manage patient scheduling, meet and greet patients/guests
EHR database entry and management
Organized and maintained all patient records, documentations, correspondence, office forms
Coordinating flow of information between medical providers, patients, and case handlers
Answer phones, filed, scanned, copies, fax, and organized
Maintained office cleanliness and decoration
Demonstrate effective verbal and written that is clear, well-organized and demonstrates an understanding of patients need.
Through genuine and positive communication, makes each patient feel informed, understood, and special
Effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitment
Create a work environment in which people can perform to the best of their abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
