Position : Help Desk Technician Tier 1 / NOC Technician – Work from Home full time
Job Description : Established 10 years ago, we are an Australian based, rapidly growing, fast paced IT consultancy firm with a target market of small to medium sized businesses. We are looking for a positive and results driven Help Desk Technician.
Our team are professional and fun and we are looking for the right person to help grow our business and grow with us. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth Australia with our US office based in Redmond WA.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance to Windows based IT systems, hardware and software across a range of our clients
Taking service desk calls from our client base.
Assisting and support on our help desk team.
Providing technical support and advice to our customers
Efficiently communicating with all customers and staff on projects and support requests
Face to face, and remote troubleshooting and resolving incidents within agreed SLA’s
Creating, updating and maintaining user documentation
Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services.
Selection Criteria:
A qualification in IT or related
Rights to work in the US.
Desktop support experience is a must to have. The role will include a lot of remote support via telephone for our clients.
An effective team player with excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail and a desire to help people resolve issues
Effective time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Desire to learn and develop.
