Position : Payroll/Office Manager
Job Description : TeamOne Logistics is a leading logistics company with an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist at our corporate offices in Alpharetta, GA. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help our company continue to grow. Primary responsibilities of the Billing Specialist will include timely and accurate client billing, account receivables and payables. This position will be based at the TeamOne Logistics corporate offices in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Benefits/Pay:
Competitive Salary – $62-65K; paid weekly
Bonus: Annual bonus as a percentage of salary

Responsibilities:
Generate specific invoices weekly to each client account in a timely and accurate manner
Deliver invoices to clients via email and respond quickly to any client questions
Communicate payment timing to clients paying via ACH and ensure the ACH happens timely
Manage all client accounts receivables
Provide support for all company payroll tax filings
Cross train for proficiency in other areas of the department including payroll
Reconcile all payments in accounting software
Generate reports as needed
Job Requirements:
Understanding of accounting software such as Sage Peachtree
Strong computational skills and great attention to detail
Ability to be productive without oversight
Possess professional and effective written and interpersonal communications skills
Have the capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information such as salaries and employment records.
Must be proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft products
Position is subject to pre-employment drug / alcohol screening, criminal background check
