Job Description : Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience with System management; Backup/Restore; System monitoring; Installations; Software upgrades & Patches. He should be well versed with Design and implement Database and User Security policies, providing database administration services in the following environments: MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Comprehensive knowledge, along with extensive and varied experience in: Log shipping, Configuring Standby Database, etc, He should be a Master in Performance Tuning; Query Optimization; Database tuning; Coding Stored Procedures, Triggers, Complex Views; Indexes. Should possess proven experience in Database Technologies and ability to Architect/Design/implement database solutions. The ideal candidate should have Good Communication and Client Requirement Gathering Skills. Must have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude
