Job Description : The Role
Job Title: – Internal Sales Representative / – Industrial Air Division
The Role –
The Mission of the Internal Sales is to grow the Sales of Industrial Air products whilst providing world class support to the direct sales team to increase the overall Market Share and profit of the Industrial Air Division whilst achieving the yearly targets.
The Internal Sales Engineer will be part of the Industrial Air Division within Compressor Technique.
The mission is split into various parts as described below. The majority of the time is expected to be focused on Inside Sales.
Inside sales
Converting leads for < 15 kw, Pistons, Air treatment to meet the assigned target
Coordination with Mar Com & BMM for new prospect generation & Campaign Management
Telemarketing (Direct/Indirect)
Collecting Segmental / territorial data from web-sources (Social media/Directories)
Close coordination with direct sales team for replacement sales
Organise virtual customer meetings to convert opportunities to sales
Competition customers activities analysis
Explain the products offered by the company over the telephone to convert opportunities to customers.
Answer telephone call or emails from potential customers who have been solicited through Campaigns.
Telephone or email to correspond with customer inquiries
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
Support external sales where needed if the opportunities require face to face meetings
Tracking of open leads & Open opportunities along with Declined leads in Way 2 Sales app
Regular interaction required on missing data with dealers / Promoters for Way 2 Sales
Coordination with Direct SE & Dealers SE for data mismatch in Way 2 Sales
C4C:
Handle Leads from different sources for specific product ranges
Obtain / verify customer information, such as business name, contact person’s name, addresses, email addresses, and contact numbers, product installed based and input in C4C
Timely assigning of Leads generated from Telemarketing & Direct Enquiry
Tracking of Open leads & Open opportunities along with Declined leads
Lead to Order Cycle management
Mapping of key accounts with ERP & C4C Proper data cleaning & data hygiene maintenance
Airchitect Reports –
Generating iitrack report without simulation
Attaching the report in the required campaign in c4c
Creating opportunity
Master Data Management in ERP
Maintaining Proper customer master data in ERP
Sold To & Ship To creation knowledge
Co-ordinate with Finance team & MDM hub
Regular check on the full database
Proper data cleaning & data hygiene maintenance
NPS
Ensure that customer experience is world class, delivery professional service experience and proactive communication to customers.
Follow up on NPS no responses with customers and increase the NPS response rate to meet the target .
Regular tracking on number of roll outs
Co ordination with Customer experience hub on NPS roll out
Claim management
Proper documentation maintenance for database claims
Tracking of approval flows
Update the Claim data base for wrong supply/short supply/transit damage cases
Handle Refund database, Sanction Note; Goodwill
Clear understanding of Return material orders
Co-ordinate to get the wrong supply goods to the right destination (Reverse logistics)
Coordinate with ISC
Credit note & Debit note raising for any issue with price difference need to be taken
Promoter & Dealer_ agreements & Certificates Digital process
Preparation of agreement of Dealers as per the standard format available as per requests from Zonal teams
Preparation of agreement of Promoters / OEM as per the standard format available as per requests from Zonal teams
Issue certificates to dealers
UQN to dealers
Coordination required with dealers
Understanding of the logic of UQN
Regular check on the UQN data already provided
End customers GST status checking
Order Handling
Knowledge of Order Booking & Invoicing
Internal Coordination with PC (Product Companies) and DC (Distribution Centre) teams for order execution and material management.

What we expect of you?
Experience requirements
Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience as a Customer Support Office .
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Virtual sale
Previous experience of Telemarketing of Minimum 1 - 2 years
Knowledge/Educational requirements
Graduation in any stream
Knowledge of Microsoft tools , Lead management , Sales process and usage of different sales tools is desired .
Working knowledge of relevant Applications (e.g. CRM software , HubSpot & ERP )
Good presentation skills
Experience in dealing with complaints
Good product / Application knowledge on compressed air solutions
Personality requirements
High Commitment to customers
Good Analytical & Communication skills
Cope with pressure and setback and learn to develop accordingly
Problem solving attitude
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotes preferably over the phone
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
