Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) is currently looking for an Associate Office Administrator to join their team in Chennai, India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to support the administrative activities at the office.
This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will work closely with the Chennai Site Leader and the Senior Managers to support the administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. The candidate should have strong communication skills.
He or she must have experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with Chennai site leadership and all levels of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for calendar management of the Chennai Site Leader and Senior Managers; requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and their assistants, to coordinate a variety of Internal and External meetings.
Manage all travel plans arrangements and expenses. Coordinates and processes domestic and international travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler’s logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
Assist with the preparation of business materials such as reports, presentations and dashboards.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Planning and organizing meetings, All Hands, events, conferences, travel arrangements and staff functions, accommodation, expenses and any special requirement for the Site.
Recording and documenting of minutes of meetings.
Managing and coordinating the overseas stakeholder’s visits with the site focal.
Raising Purchase requisitions and submitting the invoices in the system.
Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree
Typically, 4 or more years’ related work experience.
Experience working in Microsoft Office – Proficient excel.
Demonstrate experience and/or skills to be able to support multiple stakeholders and prepares reports, presentations and flow charts.
Flexible and be willing to work by collaborating with stakeholders to meet the project needs/deadlines
Experience working with multiple stakeholders (desirable)
Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Prefer Bachelor’s and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience.)
