ROLE SUMMARY:
As an apprentice as the Columbus Brewery, you will spend the first 24 months of your Anheuser-Busch career focusing on your training and development as an operator. This apprentice program is focused on our Brewing Department; however, during your time you will gain exposure to the entire production process at the Columbus Brewery. After 24 months, apprentices will transition to a Brewing Operator position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for working safely and maintaining high quality standards for our products
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Able to perform industrial cleaning, sanitation, and quality checks.
Works and communicates effectively in a team environment
Work well with teams to preform job duties.
Job duties could include:
Data analysis and troubleshooting to determine root causes
Basic maintenance in converting equipment
Running of high-speed equipment
Running brewing process control systems
Driving fork trucks
Loading supplies into machinery
Recording process data
