Job Description
Interacts with key customer contacts – Pricing/merchandising teams
Supports the creation of sales presentations in PowerPoint/Sell sheets
Downloading, pulling, and analyzing various reports from internal systems; including knowledge of database programs such as Business Objects
Manages key documents/processes (promo calendar changes, POET entry, customer escalations, display planner validation)
Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various workstreams (i.e. equipment ordering)
Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Processing customer claims and resolving customer charges
Working with Key Account Managers to maintain authorized product list for both customers and field sales team
Assisting Key Account Managers with customer meetings
Working with field sales team to resolve customer service issues timely
Monday to Friday. First shift, flexibility required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The expected salary range is 50k-60k. Overtime Eligible

Qualifications/Requirements
3-5 years administrative experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Strong teamwork skills: possess exceptional group facilitation skills
Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously
Able to establish and attain high standards for self and team; able to make decisions and solve problems
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision
Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work
Computer skills including expert competency in Excel (at minimum: pivot tables and V-lookups), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow through skills to complete projects in a timely manner
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Team player that is resourceful, creative and results oriented with strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the company
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a drug screen and background check
