Principal Responsibilities
Help manage the calendar of MD’s & Directors
Help arrange and coordinate internal and client meetings, calls and events
Travel and accommodation arrangements for both domestic as well as international travel (visa, FOREX, Hotel stay arrangements, Travel Insurance).
Ensuring prompt filing of papers for easy retrieval and upkeep of files containing confidential information
Providing admin services like ordering stationery, arranging client / team dinners; etc
