Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned techno-commercial professional, with proven track record in international sales, development of new channels network in unchartered geographies, business development strategies. Must have aggressive yet pleasant attitude, willing to establish International business in order to achieve the set goals and targets.

Salary – Will depend on the role / hierarchy fitment. Salary should not be a constrain for a good resource

Job Role.

Identify appropriate partners, establish contact and build, develop and maintain good professional relationships with System integrators, resellers and strategic partners of company in the assigned geography.

Develop the partner’s interest in Spectra products by share necessary marketing collaterals, disseminated information about products / solutions / technical specifications, giving product demo’s etc.

Coordinating with marketing team on generated leads.& Respond to RFQ, RFIs, request for quotations, BOQs etc.

Responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets and accomplish sales growth.
Participate in sales campaigns, events, exhibition, etc targeted at specific vertical and product markets.

Assist partners with technical backup, project implementation, sales training, etc. for all products/projects.

Partner management – maintaining relationship with all potential & existing partners for augmentation of business.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills

Education Background – Any graduation (BCA, B.SC IT/ EC, B.E / B.Tech in EC / CS will be given preference), MBA with Marketing / international business.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in international business development & dealing with international channel partners

Experience in dealing with ELV product / software sales / technical solution sales a must

Excellent verbal and written communication Skillsas well presentation skills

Experience / Ability to understanding Client’s needs and offering right solutions

Desired Personality traits

Strong work ethics and sense of commitment

Strong Interpersonal Skills
