Position : Food Manufacturing Operator (night shift)
Job Description : Essential Functions:
Operate the food processing equipment
Responsible for the care, operation and safety of the equipment
Responsible for cleaning the equipment as needed
Must record paperwork with detail and accuracy
Responsible for sanitation of work area
Other responsibilities may be assigned as required by Management
Must comply with all OSHA standards
Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP requirements, and food safety standards for the area and function involved
Must be able to work as part of a team to assure a quality product
Must be able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required
Committed to providing a safe food product
Works within all regulatory requirements
Committed to employee and facility safety
Performs all other related duties as requested
Responsible for the Quality and Food Safety of our products
Qualifications :
Must be able to apply supervisor’s directions
Must obtain forklift certification as soon as possible after receiving position
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
HS Diploma or equivalent
