Job Description
Role Mission
The Client Services team is an internal hub that collaborates cross-functionally with corporate departments and stores to ensure a 360-degree omni-channel client experience. The Fraud & Risk Lead Specialist will be responsible for improving the ratio of revenue to net sales through fraud rules/tools, chargeback analysis, process improvement and thoughtful eCommerce analytics. The Fraud & Risk Lead Specialist will collaborate with the customer hub team and other key business stakeholders to manage customer relationships as they relate to orders as well as the verification of legitimate orders

Key Accountabilities

Creation and tracking of standard operating procedures within our systems and
propose changes as needed with a focus on building and streamlining rules and strategies to detect and mitigate online risk, protecting consumers, merchants, and financial partners from fraudulent schemes and attacks;
Implement any updates to current processes established by the Assistant Manager, Fraud & Risk, through metrics and analytics;
Manage the team of Fraud & Risk Specialists and instruct on manual review process and assign tasks as needed;
Be up to date on latest trends and the evolution of fraud behavior; ability to identify vulnerabilities and rapidly respond to evolving trends;
Partner with Chargeback team to identify areas of development within the Fraud team;
Investigate and review all causes of chargebacks, whether legitimate fraud or otherwise (non-fraud related, etc.);
Lead and/or participate in staff training sessions, critically evaluating their effectiveness and impact;
Assist the Security and Warehouse teams to investigate any fraud claims identified;
Support the Assistant Manager, Fraud & Risk on implementing necessary fraud strategies;
Conducting and responding to compliance audits in support of the Assistant Manager, Fraud & Risk.

Key Requirements

3+ years of fraud experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required;
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities;
Experience working with payment gateways and rules engine, ideally Cybersource;
Experience working with eCommerce business platforms; inventory and 3PL systems;
Strong Analytical and reporting skills;
