Job Description : HR Benefit Business Analyst
System One is currently seeking a HR Benefit Business Analyst on a 12-month contract position working remote.
This position will be with our client, a utility holding company serving more than 3.3 million electric customers and 1.8 million natural gas customers.
HR Benefit Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Serve as a two-tier analyst for seamless delivery of HR services to employees and managers; determine and refer appropriate inquiries to other HR professionals as needed for resolution in a timely manner; serve as an employee advocate with vendors to ensure prompt resolution of employee benefit issues; provide employee benefit plan information; and work with outsourced provider to resolve employee issues/questions in a timely manner
Provide day-to-day work and project guidance to HR Benefit Operations staff
These positions may be asked to assist with HR benefits or payroll
Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities
Creates framework for assessing financial payback
Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation
Prepares documentation of current and desired state
Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers
Duration: 12-months
Location: Remote
Pay Rate : $36.36/hr.
