We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT Department and help establish our team in our brand new Corporate HQ in Dallas.
As a Help Desk Technician, you will have the opportunity to establish our presence in our new HQ building and serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, transferring, and offboarding users.
Help Desk Technicians:
Are responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of all computers, laptops, and mobile devices
Ensure all devices are properly patched and configured prior to deployment
Take ownership of the user management process, ensuring timely resolution of technical support requests
Action and escalate all incoming IT support tickets
Record events, problems and resolution in logs
Help Desk Technician Candidates:
Possess basic troubleshooting skills on a variety of hardware and software
Have used a ticketing system when handling user requests
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC, and iOS operating systems
Are proficient using Microsoft Office products
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are CompTIA A+ certified (preferred, not required)
Have worked in an enterprise-level environment (preferred)
