What’s this role about?
We are looking for candidates for infrastructure and application monitoring – Solarwinds and App manager
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
Monitor the event alerts and notify to the concerned level 1, 2 and level 3 support engineers
Monitor the Alert logs files, transaction logs, and backup logs
Infrastructure Monitoring – Windows, Linux, VMWare, storage, Database, and emails
Respond to alarms, outages, and incidents on an as-needed basis.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Skills required to contribute:
Must have experience in Monitoring Tools i.e. SolarWinds, AppManager, SCOM,
Must have experience in ITSM Tools like ServiceNow,
Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus: ControlM
