Looking for an experienced, outgoing, self-driven and energetic medical receptionist for our medical office. We are a premier Plastic Surgery office offering endless technologies with a focus on enhancing our patient’s natural beauty.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
-Proficiency in EPIC EMR is required and a must.
-Must have interest in aesthetic industry
-High energy and a positive “can do” attitude
-Self-starting skills and motivation to succeed
-Exceptional computer and typing skills
-Must have knowledge of AestheticsPro
-Must have knowledge of ZO Skin Health
-Ability to effectively explain products and services to clients and close sales
-Great customer interaction and communication skills
-Ability to keep all patient charts organized and up to date
-Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or aesthetic office preferred
-Ability to work independently as well as with a team
-Must have exceptional organizational skills
-Impeccable personal presentation
Responsibilities:
-Work directly with the plastic surgeon and practice manager
-Lead management and patient retention
-Greeting patients and providing what they need to make them feel comfortable in waiting area
-COVID screening
-Check patients in and out while closing sales
-Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
-Assisting patients with skincare purchases
-Scanning, printing, faxing
-Learn all procedures/treatments offered in office to assist patients with any questions, concerns, etc
Tseng Plastic Surgery offers a competitive compensation package including full medical and dental coverage for all full-time employees, hourly, bonuses and commissions.
-Job Type: Part-Time and/or Full-Time
-Pay: Starting at $20/ hour. Pay is based on experience
-Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00am to 6:00pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
