Position : Tele-Calling Executive (Female) – Day Shift
Job Description : Required – Female Tele-Caller for our office in Gulmohar Colony, Bhopal.
1. Outdial 120 customers on a daily basis and convert them into sale.
2. Liaison with customer for upselling and cross selling
3. Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
4. Manage and resolve customer complaints
5. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
6. Identify and escalate priority issues
7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing is compulsory
2. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
3. Prior experience in sales tele-calling would be preferred
4. Education: Min 10+2 or Graduation.
5. Must be willing to work from office
Qualification – 12th Pass or Higher.
Additional qualification – Fluency in any other Indian language
Experience – 1 year or higher in an office environment
Desirable Knowledge – Internet, MS-Office and Data Entry process.Desirable Traits – Quick learning ability, Dedication towards work, Zeal for growth, etcWorking Hours – 10AM to 7PM (Monday to Saturday, 2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Office Location – Near Aura Mall, Gulmohar Colony (Nearest Bus Stop – Savoy Complex)Salary – Rs. 10000 per month plus unlimited incentives (Rs. 500 per conversion)
We do not provide transport, so candidate should have his own vehicle.
