Job Description : HPM Building Supply is seeking to hire a Vice President of Branch Operations. This position is REMOTE and BASED IN HAWAII with frequent travel to HPM branches.
The VP of Branch Operations creates and fosters an experience that wows our customers. This individual plans, directs, coordinates and oversees Customer-Facing Operations of HPM, ensuring customer, company and financial targets are met while continuously evaluating and improving operations. All General/Branch Managers will report directly to the VP of Branch Operations. Each Branch comprises one or more of the following: Receiving, Lumberyard, Delivery, Retail, Home Design Center and Contractor Sales.
