Job Description : Want to be a part of a fun and energetic team that is helping to build Vanguard’s future? The Brand Activation team is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Production Specialist who has a passion for our crew and clients, experience with complex advertising related projects, and is a phenomenal partner inside and outside of Vanguard.
The Brand Multimedia Production Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to create multimedia advertising campaigns and initiatives as we work to make meaningful connections with Vanguard crew and clients. As a member of a cross-functional team, this role is critical in driving our goals related to enterprise brand awareness (including our RIG, FAS, IIG audiences).
In this role you will:
Consult creatively and technically with internal clients to understand their multimedia needs and propose viable options for audiovisual production. Interface with external clients as needed during multimedia and campaign production.
Direct, produce, and/or edit video and audio projects while ensuring production is on-time, error free, and within budget. Create and test multimedia production contingency plans to guarantee the end product meets client expectations.
Collaborate extensively across multimedia specialties and communications disciplines. Troubleshoot creative and technical issues, balances competing priorities, and recommends solutions. Raise potential risks or conflicts that may impede project timelines and own adjustments to the timeline.
Build and demonstrate expertise in various multimedia tools and audiovisual means of communication. Maintain deep subject matter expertise in editing, producing, or directing audiovisual projects. Adopt new technology and industry best practices for multimedia production.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
Proven ability to successfully collaborate with external partnerships (e.g. creative and media agencies).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What it takes:
Minimum of three years related work experience. Agency experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
