Primary Job Duties:

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform a variety of technical crew scheduling functions and activities.

Provide scheduling support to Pilots/Flight Attendants
Utilize different computer applications and programs to cover open flights
Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
Communicate and problem solve with other departments to ensure an efficient operation

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge/familiarity required

Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team

Physical and Other Requirements:

Must be available to work at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote work available)
Shifts are available for early morning, day, night and graveyard.
This is a seniority based schedule. Shifts are bid on quarterly. Shift trading is available to help accommodate for personal needs.
