This role is of a Customer Service Supervisor based in Mumbai, India. Barry Callebaut is a B2B enterprise- the scope of customer service in our context includes liaising with individuals across supply chain, sales and finance to ensure that our company’s responsibilities as a seller to the customer is fulfilled. The role is crucial in maintaining our business reputation as the world’s leading manufacturer of high quality cocoa and chocolate products.

Key responsibilities include:
Quotation Management
Contract Management
Order Management
Complaint Management
Account Receivables/ AR Aging
Other general administration activities relevant to the role.

Required Experience:
The individual would need to possess atleast 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function (with 3 years in a leadership role), preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete tasks and result oriented.
Good command in English, both in written and verbal.
Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing work environment.
Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office application.
Knowledge of trade documentation negotiations
Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, initiative and able to work well with minimal supervision.
